Respectful, privacy-aware informationOnce an appointment has been booked and confirmed, the appointment fee is non-refundable if the client cancels or does not attend. Please check the service, date and time carefully before completing a booking. Any rescheduling request is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance; a rescheduled appointment is not guaranteed.
If Kirtida Organization or Rashmi Desai cancels a confirmed appointment and cannot offer a suitable rescheduled session, the client will be informed of the available resolution, including a refund where applicable.
If a payment is deducted but no booking confirmation is received, or if a duplicate or clearly erroneous payment occurs, email kirtida.org@gmail.com with the transaction reference and date. We will check the payment status with the payment provider and address verified errors appropriately. Do not email card numbers, UPI PINs or passwords.
